And, being a market leader in cold formed steel products means that impeccable quality is a given. These factors combined with a strong commitment to delivery timelines and customer delight make Pennar the preferred supplier for Sheet Piles to a variety of industries and applications.

Our product range covers almost all popular sizes prevailing in the domestic and global markets. We also offer the special ability to manufacture Sheet Piles of up to 12 mm thickness.

Our products offer a host of advantages to our customers:

  • Cold roll formed sheet piles have equal cross sections, which is convenient for piling.
  • Our sheet piles have a wide back and provide enough strength per pile
  • Wider width and high strength to weight ratio.
  • Cold formed to give very respectable water tightness
  • Supplied as per EN 10249 standard

Pennar Sheet piles are used in various projects across various infrastructure segments:
  • Coal Handling Plants.
  • Sea Water Projects.
  • Harbours.
  • Sea Ports.
  • Construction sectors.
Around these various projects the application can be described as:
  • River embankments
  • Flood Protection
  • Coastal Protection
  • Cofferdams
  • Ground water diversion/control
  • Retaining/ Containments walls
  • Ports and harbour: Embankments, break waters
  • Flood/Coastal protection
  • Weir walls, Slope stabilization
  • Earth retaining works.
  • Tunnel Cut and Cover
  • Ground Water Diversion/Control
  • Barrier for Ground Water Treatment Systems
  • Containment Walls
  • Bulkheads and Seawalls
  • Weir Walls
  • Baffle Walls
The inter-locked cold-formed steel sheet piles can be divided into two types:

U-TYPE

The U-type sheet pile is the best choice for support usage. It has equal cross sections, which is convenient for piling and reuse. It combines great profile depth and has excellent properties statically.
